This application is licensed, not sold, to you by the application provider in accordance with the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA").

App-Specific Terms

In addition to the Standard EULA, the following app-specific terms apply:

Subscription Information

• We offer weekly, yearly, and lifetime subscription options.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Free Tier Limitations (Either one)

• Free tier users can perform up to 3 transcriptions per month.
• Free tier users can upload up to 3 audio files per month.

Data & Privacy

• All audio processing happens on your device.
• We do not collect or store your audio files or transcriptions on our servers.
